On Friday, October 30, 2015, The Program It’s About Change held an evening of intrigue at the Best Western Premier Central Hotel & Conference Center, located at 800 E. Park Drive Harrisburg, PA 17111. From 5pm – 9:30pm, The Program presented UNMASKED: A Masquerade Gala to benefit The Program’s mission and vision. This and other events enable The Program to provide resources and encouragement to the underserved men, women, children and families in our communities.
