The Program, “Its About Change” CEO AliceAnne Frost took an opportunity to visit our neighbors at the new Spanish American Multicultural Center on South George Street in York.
“We are excited for the opening of the new Spanish American Multicultural Center. The center will offer great opportunity to forge a partnership between organizations and to help returning citizens,” Frost stated.
